Coalition for Impact (C4I): Community & Place Final Report

The Coalition for Impact (C4I) programme, funded through Birmingham City Council’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund, supported community anchor organisations across East Birmingham to strengthen their capacity, develop community economic maps, and create investable propositions. Over nine months, the programme combined collaborative learning, mentoring, business support, and research, with more than 600 residents and stakeholders engaged. This final report captures the outcomes, insights, and legacy of C4I in building inclusive growth for local communities.
